HOLLY CONWAY
Practice Manager

As the practice manager, Holly is responsible for the general supervision of the daily operations of the practice as well as long term planning and project management. She works closely with office and clinical staff to ensure that the patients of our community receive superior orthopaedic treatment.
Holly has over ten years of experience in the hospital and medical practice setting. She received her B.S. in Dietetics from SUNY Oneonta with a course concentration in Management and Political Science.

STEPHEN MARTIN
Radiology Technician

Steve is a registered radiology technician who performs all radiological exams for our patients at the request of the physicians and physician assistant. Steve has over eight years of experience as a radiology technician. Steve is efficient and highly organized, placing patient safety as his first priority.

PATTI HADDAD
Billing Representative

Patti works diligently on the submission of all of our Worker’s Compensation claims and on obtaining prior authorization for testing and procedures for our Worker’s Compensation patients.
She is also responsible for following up on claims that have been submitted to our third party insurance carriers.
She is available for patient questions regarding billing statements and balances due from patients and insurance.

MARY DAVIS
Office Assistant and Transcriptionist

Mary coordinates and assists with the timely and accurate completion of insurance and disability forms for our patients.
Mary is also responsible for the transcription of dictated physician notes and letters for our patients and assisting with general office functions.

DEBRA OSTRANDER
LPN, Clinical Coordinator

Deb graduated from nursing school in 1972 as a Licensed Practical Nurse.  She worked as a post-operative nurse for 9 years and especially enjoys orthopaedic nursing.  She is trained to apply and remove casts, to evaluate surgical sites and care for our patients following surgery.  She works directly with our providers and coordinates the scheduling of elective surgical cases.  Deb is a strong patient advocate and makes it a priority to ensure that our patients receive the best care possible.
