TELEPHONE MESSAGE POLICY

If you are calling with an EMERGENT, LIFE or LIMB THREATENING condition, your call will be handled immediately.

If you are an established patient of the practice with an urgent medical condition or concern, the nurse or provider will return your call that same day.

All other non-urgent, non-emergent calls will be answered within 2 (two) to (4) four business days.
